CASSOPOLIS - Patrick S. Fox, age 66, of Cassopolis, died peacefully Friday, January 27, 2017, in his residence in the peace and comfort of his family's presence.

He was born February 11, 1950, in Dowagiac, Michigan, the second son of Howard and Glenna (Asher) Fox. He married Jayne Kay Cowham March 28, 1981, in Cassopolis, Michigan. She survives.

Pat said that his greatest accomplishment in life was his children. He loved his family, his farm and his garden. Pat delighted in his grandchildren calling him "Paka" instead of Grandpa. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and playing cards. His family remembers that he kept better records than the IRS and could outdo any FBI agent with his conspiracy theories.

Patrick will be greatly missed by family and friends. He is survived by his wife of over thirty-five years, Jayne (Cowham) Fox of Cassopolis; four daughters, Heidi (Bryan) Datema of Three Rivers, Heather (Chris) Moulton of Monterey, California, Jennifer (Nate) Jackson of Belgrade, Montana, Cassie Fox of Cassopolis; one son, Nick (Julie) Fox of Cassopolis; eight grandchildren, Brady Datema, Autumn Datema, Gabriel Moulton, Isabelle Moulton, Lyli Shults, Tristan Jackson, Tanner Jackson, Cylus Fox, and one more grandson on the way; one brother, Timothy (Jan) Fox of Arizona.

Family and friends will gather Monday, January 30, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in Connelly Chapel Wagner Family Funerals, 202 North Broadway Street, Cassopolis, for a time of telling stories and sharing memories.
