Carole E. Martin, age 67, of rural Findlay, died Sunday, May 5, 2019 at her residence. Carole was born on December 24, 1951 in Bluffton, Ohio to Rex and Pat (Wagner) McCartney who survive. Carole had retired as a secretary at Liberty Benton High School. She is also survived by her husband Terry, of rural Findlay; sons: Jonathan (Steven Kammeyer) Martin of Findlay, and Matthew (Kimberly) Martin of Arlington; 5 grandchildren: Hunter, Derek, Braydon, Carter, and Mackenzie; sister, Vickie (Dean, deceased) Butler of rural Findlay; brother, Bruce (Debbie) McCartney of rural Findlay; and uncle, Don McCartney of Findlay. Visitation will be held from 3:00-5:00pm on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME in Findlay, with a Celebration of Life Service at the conclusion of the visitation at 5:00pm. Pastor Chris Cravens will officiate. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to either the Hancock County Humane Society or to Cancer Patient Services.
