Mrs. Celestia Purvis Wachsmuth, 94, widow of George A. Wachsmuth, died Sunday, March 22, 2009, at the Magnolias of Santee.
All services will be private.
Mrs. Wachsmuth was born in Barnwell County, a daughter of the late Robert C. Purvis and Jenny Bruce Givens Purvis. She attended Bethlehem Southern Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Dr. Kaye Wachsmuth of Deland, Fla.
