Jim was preceded in death by his father, Jon Phelan, and his sister, Mary Phelan.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia Phelan, his 4 children, 10 grandchildren and long-time girlfriend, Renee. He was most proud of his role as Papa Jim to his many grandkids.
