Mona Jean Thomas, 71, of Jerusalem, passed away Friday, February 25, 2022, at her home. She was born November 29, 1950, in Waldron, the daughter of Steve and Mary Hunt. She was a member of Old Hickory Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Colby Thomas; her parents; and her in-laws, Ira and Pauline Thomas.

She is survived by her husband, Tommy Thomas; son, Lance and Debbie Thomas; daughter, Amanda and Greg Baker; brothers, Charles and Pat Hunt, Bill Hunt, Arthur and Billie Hunt, and Troy and Tracey Hunt; sisters, Betty and Byron Puckett, Sharon and David Leggett, Elizabeth Qualls, Cynthia Hyde, and Debbie Hunt; sister-in-law, Joan and Mark Lingle; grandchildren, Tyler, Faith, Isabella, and Sawyer Thomas, and Abbigail and Payton Baker.

Memorial services will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 1, at Lemley Chapel with Bro. Ken Gipson officiating. Private burial will be in Cedar Creek Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00-8:00 PM, at Lemley Chapel.
