Frank was transferred to the Beach through his franchise with Whirlpool, he grew to find his life's calling as a husband, father, and an independent business owner. A genuinely self-made man, Frank worked his way from tobacco fields to owning a successful appliance service business. He also formed a Gospel Quartet called, "The Glory Road Quartet" and shared the Gospel of many years through music.

He was the baby of 13 children, his passing preceded by his father, John Wesley Hall and his mother, Ida Della Fagg, as well as his twelve brothers and sisters. He has had three wives preceding his passing, Gail, Marie and Annette.

He is survived by his present wife, Isla Mae Ward, as well as three children, Jeffrey Hall of Alabaster, AL, Dawn Hutcheson (Phil) of Beaufort, SC and Melissa Stanley (Rick) of Longs, SC and also three stepchrildren, Debbie Smith (Guy) of Conway, SC, Dennis Holland of Aynor, SC and Darlene Bridges (Carlton) of Conway, SC. He was also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
