Candace Dorrell Johnson – Cole was born on April 6, 1979 to the parentage of Carolyn Wingfield – Johnson and Dwight Johnson, Sr.
She attended Hirschi High School in Wichita Falls, Texas. Candace furthered her education at Remington College, Garland, TX. receiving a degree as a Medical Assistant.
Candace learned about the Lord during the early years of her childhood at Pentecostal Church of God and Christ in Wichita Falls, Texas of the pastorate of Elder L.C. Pierce. In her earlier years she was taught in Sunday School by Evangelist Doris Pierce.
She was currently attending First Baptist Church of Hamilton Park in Richardson, Texas.
Candace was a loving Mother, G-ma, Sister, friend and confidant. She enjoyed spending time with her family and shopping.
She was preceded in death by; her mother, Carolyn Wingfield-Johnson, her oldest brother, Coyett Wingfield, younger brother, Tremayne Johnson, grandmother, Mattie Wingfield, Rosezella Robinson, grandfather, Melvin Robinson and aunt, Kathy Wingfield – Olagundoye.
In her 43rd year of life passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.
Candace leaves to cherish her memories; her husband, Brandon Cole, two daughters, Cardajiana Eggins, Canbryn Johnson of Wylie, Texas, three sons, Carl Eggins III., Corwin Eggins, Corbin Johnson of Wiley, Texas, two grandsons, Carius Williams, Caiden Eggins, one granddaughter, Cailei Eggins.
Her Siblings; Corby Wingfield Sr. (Latoya), Dwight Johnson III, Tremont Johnson, of Wichita Falls, Texas, Dwight Hunt of Fort Worth, Texas and one sister, Oshawa Hunt of San Antonio, Texas. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, a great niece, other relatives and close friends.
