Gregory Andrew Wilson, 32, of Rogers, Ark., ascended to Heaven with our God through Jesus on May 7, 2022. He was born May 14, 1989, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers, Ark. to Russell and Beth Wilson.

Greg graduated from Bentonville [Ark.] High School in 2007, received a full scholarship to Ark. Tech Univ. where he earned a BS in Psychology in 2010, then attended Adler Univ. in Chicago, Il. to pursue a PsyD. While there he was a Teaching Assistant, a student rep to the APA Division 42 Board of Directors, Co-chair of the Career Psychologists Club, and an APAGS member at large, where he advocated on Capitol Hill for graduate psychology programs and students, spurring his interest in advocacy and law. He returned to Ark. to The Clinton School to study Public Service and Law.

Greg always made time to support others and was passionate about disability justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for all people. He always made time to support others, whether a friend or stranger in need. His kindness and selflessness was reflected as an organ donor, saving the lives of two people.

Greg is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Dean and Ruby Ross and aunt Debbie Foresee. He is survived by his father Russell (Nancy) of Barlett, TN., his mother Beth of Seligman, Mo., sister Andrea, aunts and uncles Beverly and John Kinneman and Earl and Kim Ross, paternal grandparents Ed and Beulah Gamache of Rogers, Ark., and many other relatives and friends.

He was born on May 14, 1989 in Rogers at St. Mary's Hospital to Russell Wilson and Beth Wilson.

Greg graduated from Bentonville High School in 2007 and received a full scholarship to Arkansas Tech University, where he earned his BS in Psychology in 2010. Upon graduation, Greg attended Adler University in Chicago, IL to pursue a PsyD. During his time in Chicago, Greg's passion for advocacy emerged.
He worked as a TA helping other students, was the Student Representative to the APA Division 42 Board of Directors, Co-chair of the Student and Early Career Psychologists Committee, and was an APAGS Member at Large; where, he advocated on Capitol Hill for graduate psychology programs and students.
Greg often spoke of his Capitol Hill visits as a pivotal moment where he began to develop a professional interest in advocacy and law, leading him to return to Arkansas to pursue a Masters of Public Service (MPS) at The Clinton School.
Greg was also studying to sit for the LSATs while tutoring others, with plans on attending law school upon completion of his MPS. While pursuing his education, Greg on numerous occasions advocated for his fellow workers due to his impressive understanding of labor law. Disability justice was another passion of his and he ensured his university upheld the American Disability Act on more than one occasion. Greg always made time to support others, whether it was a dear friend or a stranger in need. He was passionate about equity for all people and celebrated diversity and inclusion.

Greg is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dean and Ruby Ross of Pea Ridge, who had been married for more than 50 years and whom Greg loved dearly, as well as his faternal Aunt Debbie Foresee.
Greg is survived by his father Russell and wife Nancy Wilson of Barlett, TN, along with his mother, Beth Wilson of Seligman, MO, his sister Andrea Wilson, Aunt Beverly Kinneman and husband John, paternal grandparents Ed and Beulah Gamache of Rogers,AR, Uncle Earl Ross and his wife Kim Ross of Avoca, AR and Annie/Mom, Leann Ross of Rogers, AR.
Greg is also survived by his many cousins, extended family members, and countless friends across the country.

Greg's kindness and selflessness was felt until the very end of his life on earth, as he was an organ donor and saved two people's lives.
