Mr. Moran, born March 3, 1913, in Rosendale [sic], Mo., moved to Flagstaff from there. He worked for Babbitt's Wholesale Grocery, and more recently at El Rancho Market as a retail clerk. He served during World War II in the U.S. Army in the Philippines, where he earned a Purple Heart. He was a member of the American Legion and Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church.
Services will include a Rosary at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Flagstaff Mortuary Chapel, and a Mass at 9 a.m. Thursday at Nativity Church. The Rev. E. J. McCarthy will officiate.
