Mary Sue passed at Riverbend Memory Care on Wednesday, July 6, 2022.

She was proceeded in death by her husband of 67 years, Paul K Fisher; parents, Ernest William and Emelia Wepf; three brothers, Ernest William Jr., Lee Roy, and Clifford Lucius; one sister, Dolores Wepf Rayhab.

She is survived by sons, Kim (Carol), Kyle (Brenda), and Bart (Lisa); daughter, Debbie Fisher (Michael Allen); grandchildren, Jennifer Kelly (Joel), Brian Fisher (Emily), Justen Fisher, Erik Fisher (Kristen), and John Fisher (Georgia); nine great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.

Mary Sue was a lifelong member of Saint Paul's Episcopal Church. A member of the St Agnes Guild and the Alter Guild, no job was too big or small for Mary Sue to tackle. She washed dishes for the fish fry and organized the 'Nearly New' sales. Her children have memories of her lovingly laundering, pressing, and folding the altar linens & vestments. She was also active with Jeff High Band Parents, Boy Scouts, and the Center for Lay Ministries. Her varied interests included; working with fabrics, long bike rides, playing cards with family and friends, and primitive camping for months on end on a mountain in Pennsylvania.

Mary Sue was an active resident at Westminster Village in Clarksville where she led an exercise class and also initiated a 'Kings in the Corner' card club in the north tea lounge.

The Fisher family thanks all the wonderful staff at Riverbend and Southern Care Hospice. We offer special thanks to her caring sitters, Andrea, Becky, and Scarlet.

Mary Sue was fun loving and mischievous, not afraid to start some 'good' trouble when needed, and she will be missed.

Memorial donations can be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church of Jeffersonville, Center for Lay Ministries, or Southern Care Hospice. Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
