Vicki Gail McDowell Morgan, age 75, of Mount Olivet, Kentucky, died Sunday, July 10, 2022, at Bourbon Heights, in Paris, Kentucky. Born in Maysville, Kentucky, on October 23, 1946, to the late George Warren and Opal Dean Hedges McDowell, she was a farmer. She began teaching in Robertson County and retired as librarian from Bracken County Schools. After retirement, she continued serving as a substitute teacher for Bracken County Schools, as well as Robertson County Schools. Vicki served on the Germantown Fair Board of Directors, the Germantown Miss Pre-Teen Pageant Committee and the Miss Pre-Teen Kentucky Association of Fairs and Horse Shows. During her lifetime she was a passionate clogging instructor.

She is survived by: a son, Jason (Amber) Morgan; a daughter, Robin (Duane) McQuinlin; and four grandchildren, Bailey McQuinlin, Braden McQuinlin, Lainey Morgan and Chlorissa Conley.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Robertson County Funeral Home by Bro. Thomas Mitchell. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
