She was born on December 10, 1941, in Columbus, Indiana to the late Morris Lee White and Alice Jean (Eudy) White.
She married Lester Leon Murphy on September 10, 1961, in Jonesville, Indiana.
Susan enjoyed reading, watching westerns, Elvis, and John Wayne. Most of all she loved her family.
Susan is survived by her three daughters; Mamie Alice Poole, Michelle (Lester) White, Sara Opal (Terrance) Gordon, thirteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, one brother; Daniel White, and one sister Marjorie Phillips.
She was preceded in death by her parents Morris Lee and Alice Jean White, one brother Richard White, and one sister Delores White
Burial will take place at Uniontown Cemetery at a later date.
