Dan L. Weadick, 94, of Ohio 732, Eaton, died Tuesday, June 23, at Vancrest Care Center in Eaton after a brief illness. Born Aug. 2, 1903, in Camden, he was the son of Lawrence and Mary G. (Hines) Weadick. He was a retired Preble County farmer, a member of Visitation Catholic Church of Eaton, Preble County Farm Bureau Discussion Group #14 and Preble County ASC.

Mr. Weadick was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine L. Weadick, in May 1994; three sisters, Genevieve Petry in 1994, Regina Teach in 1998 and Anna Weadick in 1990.

Survivors include two sons, Dan A. Weadick of Eaton and Robert J. Weadick of Cincinnati; two daughters, Patricia Sanders of Eaton and Dorothy O'Malley of Lake Placid, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral Mass was Saturday, June 27, at Visitation Catholic Church, with the Rev. Ralph Lawrence officiating. Burial was in Mound Hill Union Cemetery, Eaton. Barnes Funeral Home-Eaton Chapel was in charge of arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of the Visitation, Eaton.
