Daughter of Wilton A and Jessie Bell Rogers. She was a homemaker and a member of Jackson Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday school teacher, member of the Ladies Prayer Group, and sang in the church choir. She taught herself to play piano in her 50's and played in church for a short time. She was predeceased by her parents; and sister, Louise Maddox. Survivors include her husband of sixty years, James "Jimmy" Johnson; children, Vicki (Dale) Wright of Moore, and Keith (Kate) Johnson of Woodruff; four grandchildren, Joshua (Jordan) Wright, Jessica Wright, Wil Johnson, and Sam Johnson; two great-grandchildren, AnaLeigh and Avery Wright; brother, David Rogers; and two sisters, Ruby Fowler and Betty Barnette.
