Michael Christopher Pass, 37, of Duluth, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2022 at St. Luke's hospital. Mike was born on October 3, 1984 in Duluth to Fredric and Angela (Watry) Pass. He was a 2003 graduate of Denfeld High School and joined the Army following graduation. He served as an Army Specialist in the 35th Signal Brigade at Fort Bragg, serving two tours in Iraq and also in Korea. Growing up, Mike was involved in Scouts, the Lakehead Harvest Reunion and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. He always had an interest in the latest technology and computers. Every year, Mike looked forward to the BWCA camping trip with his close friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Antoinette Watry; paternal grandfather, Roman Pass; a cousin, Nicole Renee Watry. Michael is survived by his parents, Fredric and Angela of Duluth; a sister, Jessica (Steve Isham) Pass of Duluth; paternal grandmother, Eloise Mae Pass of Duluth; nieces and nephews, Kiana (Cole Johnson) Pass, Cayden Isham, Arianna Isham and great-nephew, Lennon Johnson; aunts and uncles, Stephen (Barbara) Watry of Blaine, MN, Barbara (Doug) Ahlberg of Hermantown, MN, Catherine Watry of Brookston, MN, James (Rebecca) Watry of Otsego, MN, Timothy Watry of Esko, MN, Mark (Sue) Pass of Esko, MN, Carl (Elizabeth) Pass of Blaine, MN and Kristi (Brant) Deppa of Winona, MN; many loved cousins and spouses, great aunts and great uncles and many dear friends.

Visitation 9 am until the 11 am Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Holy Family Catholic Church. 2430 West 3rd St. Fr Thomas Foster officiating. Inurnment at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery-Duluth. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and appreciated. Arrangements by Williams Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home.
