Cathy is survived by her loving husband, Dean, Two Daughters, Karen Russell, Katie Russell; Son, Kevin Russell; Mother, Jacquelyn; Grandson, Riley Owens; and Brother, Marty Robbins;.
She was preceded in death by Father, Robert Robbins.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2022, 11:00 am at the Edline-Yahn & Covington Funeral Chapel, Kent, WA, with Chaplain Dale Amundsen officiating.
Burial will take place in the Hillcrest Burial Park.
