Linda was born in Clintwood, Virginia to Henry Wilson and Rose (Clay) Stanley, and they preceded her in death. She married Earnest Ratliff, and he preceded her in death on May 26, 1990. Linda worked for 10 years at Emily Flinn Healthcare Center. She was a member of the Women's Christian Association, and attended Water Street Baptist Church of Jonesboro, Indiana. She loved her grandkids.
