Mrs. Stevens was born in Alabama May 12, 1897 to James and Addie Plemmans Lambert. She was married to Sexton T. Stevens who died in 1962.
Surviving are a son, Emmett Walker of West Liberty; brothers, Ernest of Texas City, Texas, Lee of Dallas, Texas: three grandchildren: and five great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Clay City United Methodist Church, OES Magnolia Chapter 140, and the Venus Rebekah Lodge.
Services will be at the Cardaseio Funeral Home, Clay City, with visitation. The Rev. Robert Shook will officiate, and burial will be in the Clay City Cemetery.
