Parker, CO --- Gail was married for 56 years to Richard Cooper and lived most of her life in San Diego. She served as the County Director of Public Health, retiring in 2005. Gail succumbed to cancer and is survived by her son, Brandon Cooper, of Boulder, CO, and her daughter, Amy Guillen, of Castle Rock, CO, and two grandchildren.

Richard Magill Dick' Cooper November 29, 1939 - March 17, 2022 Parker, CO Dick was married for 56 years to Gail Cooper and lived most of his adult life in San Diego. He served 20 years in the Navy and retired as a middle school math teacher. Dick died of pneumonia and is survived by his son, Brandon Cooper, of Boulder, CO, and his daughter, Amy Guillen, of Castle Rock, CO, and two grandchildren.
