Frances D. Miller, age 85, of Troy, OH passed away on July 1, 2022 at SpringMeade Health Care Center, Tipp City, OH. She was born on October 13, 1936 in Greenup, KY to the late Ernest and Hattie (Salisbury) Potter.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years of marriage; four children; eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by stepmother: Ethel Potter; son: Danny Miller; sisters: Berniece Osborne, Ida Johnson and Ruth Palmer and grandchildren: Willie Miller and Brittany Swiger.

Frances was employed with Sears for over 22 years. She was the first female Pee-Wee baseball coach for the local district and their team held a two year championship record. Frances was an avid Reds fan and her family was most important to her.

Services will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, July 8, 2022 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH. Interment will follow in Casstown Cemetery, Casstown, OH. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00PM on Thursday and from 10:00 – 11:00AM on Friday at the funeral home.
