On May 23, Patricia "Ann" Cunningham passed away peacefully at age 78 after a four and half month illness. Ann was a dedicated and Christian wife, the mother to three daughters, two stepsons, and "gran" to six grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Ann brought her children up in church and lived her life as an example to the Godly love she displayed every day. Her family and friends were extremely important in her life, and she did not hesitate to make you feel that you were special to her. Ann also loved teaching the Word to her Sunday School classes through the years.

Born in Trenton, TN on April 8, 1944, she graduated from CHS, in Savannah, TN in 1962. Ann was a natural business owner. Founding and owning her first hair salon at age 19, Mione Beauty Salon, affording her the opportunity to expand her business into a make-up and clothing venue changing the salon's name to The Cut-A-Way.

Ann was married to Earl Ray Cunningham for 31 years. They remained devoted to each other for the rest of her days.

Ann was preceded in death by her father, RC Clarke Sr. and mother, Snoda Clarke, brothers, RC Clarke Jr. (Joyce), William Clarke (Alexanne), James H. Clarke, and Robert Clarke, sister, Francis Arrington (Cecil), and sister-in-law Nancy Versnick.

Ann is survived by her husband, Earl Cunningham of 31 years, her daughters, Laurie Willoughby (Lee), Andrena Williams (Wesley), and Angie Lewellen, her stepsons, David Cunningham, and Ray Cunningham (Margaret), her six grandchildren, Nathan Cunningham (Glenda), Jacob Lewellen, Christian Kirk, Jessica Lewellen, Lee Ann Willoughby, and Madison Kirk, great grandchild Cash Cunningham, sisters, Dean Talkington (James), and Nita Harrision (Jim), sister-in-law Becky Salmon.

She loved life and we take comfort in knowing that our mom is now at peace.
