Christina R. West, 63, of Dresden, died Monday morning, June 27, 2022 at her home.
Born July 20, 1958, in Newark, she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Betty (Ramsey) Ashley and a graduate of Newark High School. She retired from The Longaberger Company and enjoyed playing bingo, playing cards and going to the movies. Christina loved watching her grandchildren play ball and watching Sami cheer at Tri-Valley.
Surviving is a son, Jeff (Catey) Munyan; four grandchildren, Samantha Munyan, Briana Hoisington, Jackson Hoisington and Lynlee Simms; a sister, Jamie (Heath) Piper; four nephews, Markie, Austin, Chase and Shannon; a niece, Nicole and many cousins and extended family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Brent A. "Andy" West, whom died May 18, 2014; a daughter, Stacy West and a brother, Doug Ashley.
Friends and family may call Friday, July 1, 2022 from 11:00am till the time of service at 1:00pm at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street with Pastor Dan Wells officiating.
