ROME - Vincent D. Miller, 57, of Rome, passed away unexpectedly on November 18, 2018, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, with his loving family at his side.
He was born on April 3, 1961, in Utica, a son of Vincent and Carol Chase Miller, Sr. Vincent was a graduate of Clinton High School and proudly served in the United States Navy for over fifteen years. He was presently employed by Loaves and Fishes of Rome as a Chef. Vincent had a true passion for music and art. Vincent proudly served on the committee for the Clinton Art and Music Festival for several years.
He is survived by his beloved mother, Carol Miller, Clinton; and a devoted sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Erick Miller, Central Square. Vincent was predeceased by his father, Vincent de Paul Miller, Sr.; and a brother, Michael Arthur Miller.
