Mr. Fry was Pentecostal by faith. He was a veteran with the United States Navy, having served as an Aircraft mechanic, as well as with the search and recue team. Larney was a mechanic by trade, having worked at various garages throughout his career. He later served as a bus driver with the Marion County Transit Authority.
Larney was a "jack-of-all-trades" and didn't know a stranger. He enjoyed riding his 4-wheeler and motorcylcle, and spending time with his buddies. He adored his grandchildren and took them for regular car rides on ice cream trips.
Mr. Fry is survived by his daughter Keri Fry and her companion Cade Beatty of Rivesville, WV, his grandchildren Kaci and Raechyl Thompson, his sister, Martha Jean and her husband Arthur Freeland of Shinnston, his uncle George Tennant of Ida May, and his best friend Raymond Taylor of Rivesville, as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Larney was preceded in death by his brothers, Harry L. Fry Jr., Charles W. Fry, and Ronald R "Frenchie" Fry, and his aunt, Ruth Gilles Tennant
