NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. — James R. Shaw, 71, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, June 28, at Mercy Hospital, in Janesville, Wisconsin.
Jim was born on Sept. 21, 1950, to James B. and Florence V. (Hartmann) Shaw in Aurora. On Sept. 1, 1973, he married Marianne Kolodziej in Aurora.
Jim is survived by his wife of 48 years; three children, two sons and their wives and one daughter and her husband; brother and his wife; four grandsons and many cousins across the United States.
Cremation care has been provided by the Unger-Horner Funeral Home in Rochelle. There will be no services at this time.
