William Edgar "Buck" Morris Jr, 82, died Friday, June 22, 2001, at Brian Center in Eden.
The funeral will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, June 25, 2001, at Reidsville Christian Church, with the Rev. Shannon Newsome officiating. Burial with Military Rites will follow in Greenview Cemetery.
A native of Reidsville, he was a son of the late William Edgar "Peg" and Ollie Price Morris and he had lived in Reidsville all of his life.
He was a US Navy Veteran of World War II, a retired employee of the American Tobacco Co., a member of Reidsville Christian Church, Jefferson Penn Masonic Lodge #384 AF&AM, Shrine Oasis Temple, the Reidsville Elks Lodge, and the American Legion.
He was preceded in death by his brother, James T. Morris.
