Ethel L. Bullington was called home on November 5, 2010. She was born in Russellville, Arkansas to R.B. and Ethel Hays on October 17, 1942. She was a devoted teacher for eight years before retiring and devoting her life to volunteering for many different organizations. She loved helping out with the school functions and anything that involved her kids or grandkids. She was always willing to sew up a costume when needed or make hundreds of "cool ties" for the soldiers deployed overseas or make thousands of chocolate roses to help raise money for a band trip to Washington, D.C. Later in her life she loved volunteering at JRP Speedway working turn two to insure that everyone was in their proper gear and was racing safe. She was so proud of her kids and who they had become. She bragged about them often to whoever would listen.

She is preceded in death by her father R.B. Hays and her mother Ethel Hays. She is survived by her husband, Denny, of 37 years; one son and his wife; one daughter and her husband; four grand-daughters.
