Brandon L., 27, was born on March 14, 1975 in MWC, OK & passed away on December 16, 2002. Brandon was a member of Country Estates Baptist Church; enjoyed the beach, snow skiing, and loved to shoot pool. He is survived by his mother & stepdad: Donna & John Peebles of MWC; father: Kenneth & wife, Robin Baxter of Denham Springs, LA; 3 brothers: Lathon Baxter of MWC, OK, Chad Weldon of Denton, TX & Robert Powell of Denham Springs, LA; 2 sisters: Wendy Stroup of Farmersville, TX & Roshonda Powell of Denham Springs, LA. & a number of nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles; Paternal Grandparents: James & Wilma Baxter of Edmond, OK; his fiance' and best friend: Linda O'Hara of Del City, OK. Preceding him in death is his maternal grandmother: Maxine 'Nanny' Straily.
