Brenda Gail Wilson of Norcross, Georgia formerly Brenda Gail Fields of Hiram, Kentucky passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021 at the Emory Decatur hospital after a long battle with COPD.

Proudly born and raised in Hiram, Kentucky, she was a graduate of Laurel County high school. Thereafter, she honorably served in the U.S. Navy as a third class petty officer stationed on the beautiful island of Bermuda and the anti submarine warfare base in San Diego California. Following, she worked over a decade for Franklin's Printing in Duluth, Georgia before joining AT&T corporate, where she would retire after 13 years of service.

Brenda is survived by her one and only daughter, Kristen Wilson, a lawyer, her life long companion and best friend, Blair Wilson, her mother, Jeannette Fields, four siblings, including beloved brothers, Mitchell and Pete Fields, sisters Marcia Ashley and Connie Boggs, among other loved family and friends.

Burial and service will be held at a later date in her home state of Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Carepointe Food Pantry in Duluth, Georgia.
