Heaven gained a new angel. Donna Kaye Bridges passed away on June 14, 2022, in Willows, CA.

Donna was born in Chico, CA, on March 9, 1942, to Charles and Pearl Stackhouse. She was the youngest of five children. At an early age, she played with dolls, pretending she was their mother.

Donna graduated from Chico High in the spring of 1961 and married Conrad Bridges, her high school sweetheart. And they were married on December 17 of that year.

Donna's most immense joy was her two children: David Kevin and Michelle Christine.

Donna was the grandmother to 3 beautiful grandchildren: Taylor, Zach, and McCartney.

Donna devoted her whole life to her family. As a stay-at-home mom, she never missed school functions or other important events.

Donna also enjoyed volunteering. She volunteered for forty-three years in four different hospitals. She also volunteered at several preschools. Volunteering allowed her to meet new friends and spend quality time with them.

Donna was called a "clean freak" by her kids and nieces. She always ensured the house was spotless, just in case someone stopped by. Donna was the favorite aunt to all of her nieces and nephews.

Donna always looked beautiful. She ensured her hair was just so and depended on her good friend and hairdresser, Debra Armstrong, to make it happen.

Donna and Conrad loved to travel. They especially enjoyed visiting Hawaii and Alaska. They took road trips to several States and National parks, including the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Niagara Falls, and several more.

Donna was the sweetest and most loving person to all who knew her. She had a kind smile and always lit up a room when she was present. She made this world a brighter and better place. She will be sorely missed.
