David F. Peters, 78, of Janesville, Wisconsin passed away suddenly on June 26th, 2022. Born on March 12th, 1944 in Elmhurst, IL to Robert and Dorothy Peters. He graduated from Hononegah High School in 1962 where he was a member of Future Farmers of America, basketball, and football. He was a woodworker and enjoyed making furniture and toys for family and friends. He loved to spend time in Florida with his brother Bob. He was a member of the Harlem-Roscoe Fire Department and Roscoe Lions. He worked for many years at W.G. Wheeler in Rockford, Amerhart in Madison, and Wolff Distributing in Appleton.

Survivors include, James (Charlene) Peters of Roscoe, Deann (John) Bergeron of Roscoe, Michael Peters of Vine Grove, Kentucky; grandchildren, Andrew Gravelle, Kacy (Michael) Kaemke, Ashlee Bergeron, Dalton (Miranda) Bergeron, Morgan (Nathan) Tennant, Jakob Peters, and Lukas Peters; great-grandchildren: Jazzalyn, Addison, Charlotte, and Julian; siblings, Robert (Mary) Peters of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, Marilyn Benson of Marietta, Georgia, and Karen Davis of Roscoe Illinois. Predeceased by his parents, Robert and Dorothy Peters, and grandson, Austin
