On November 11th, 1935, God blessed this earth with a very special angel, and they called her Mildred Mariah Scott. Born in Bronx, NY the family moved to Sliver Springs, FL where her upbringing began. She was Number 13 of 15 children born to Corbett and Florence Scott. Mildred was united in marriage to Rufus Robinson, who proceeded her in death. From that union 4 children were born with an additional 8 bonus children, 7 of whom passed before her. She loved the Lord, her family and church. She was a faithful member of Immerse Church (PFGC) traveling with its leaders for many years and a member of the Senior Ministry. Mildred was also a prayer warrior and a member of the Daughters of Prayer for well over 30 years. Many would talk about how they would hear her praying as they passed by the house, someone said they learned how to pray as a little girl from listening to her. Mildred was one who showed love to everyone she met. She will surely be missed.
She leaves to cherish her memories daughters Rosa Lee (Enoch), Marie Strickland, sons Harold Robinson (Tom), James Robinson (Floritta), and Freddie Robinson (Vera). 23 Grandchildren, 41 Great Grandchildren, 12 Great-Great Grandchildren, 2 Sisters Leola Dwomoh and Amelia Masucci and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and sorrowing friends
