Pat grew up in the Pierce City and Wentworth communities, graduating from Pierce City High School. She initially worked for her parents at the Pierce City Telephone Company and, upon marrying Jack, moved to Granby to raise their family. Pat worked for International Paper in Joplin and later opened her salon, specializing in exercise and tanning. She loved to be outdoors. Pat would piddle in the yard picking up sticks and tending to her flowers. She enjoyed quilting, watching game shows, especially Wheel of Fortune, playing dominos and bingo, and most of all, watching her great-grandchildren play sports or whatever activities they were involved in.
Those surviving her include her two granddaughter; two sisters, Margaret "Peg" Williams and Pam Baker of Neosho; and two great-granddaughters.
In addition to her parents, and husband, Jack, one daughter, Penny Lynn White, and one brother, J.D. Blinzler, preceded her in death.
