Nina Patricia Price, 92, formerly of O'Fallon, Missouri, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Nina moved to Cape Girardeau in May of last year and had been a resident of the Chateau Girardeau. Nina was born May 11, 1930, to Albert and Nina (Jones) Woolfolk in Audrain County, Missouri. She and Arthur Price were married June 10, 1960, in St. Louis, Missouri. He preceded her in death, August 3, 1998. Nina graduated from the University of Missouri College of Education in 1962. Nina was a home economics teacher, decorator, and homemaker. She worked for a time for Union Electric demonstrating new products, be it an electric stove, washer, dryer, etc. She did a lot of cooking while working there and had several news articles about her and the products she was using. Nina also raised exotic birds, including cockatoos and parrots, and dogs, mainly Shih Tzus. Nina leaves her precious dog, Teeny. Nina is survived by a daughter, Robin Lea Price of Winfield, Missouri, two grandchildren, Aubrey Lauren (Todd) Bowles and Justin David Woodland, four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Nina was preceded in death by a daughter, Cherri Rene Price, and eight siblings, Claude Everett Woolfolk, David Albert Woolfolk, Hazel Lucille Tarrants, Walter Dean Woolfolk, Lorraine Duffen, James Winfield Woolfolk, Mary Jewell Sage, and Catherine Davenport. A memorial graveside service will be held on Monday, June 13, 2022, at Red Top Christian Church Cemetery, Hallsville, Missouri.
