She was born on March 12, 1933 to the late Clark and Laura Allen.
Hazel was a member of Mill Hall United Methodist Church.
She enjoyed tending to her house plants and flowers. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandson, Luke, who had a very close relationship with her.
She is survived by her son, Charles (Candie) Stevenson, Jr. of Mill Hall; a grandson, Luke Stevenson of Pittsburgh; a granddaughter, Jessica Christopher of Delaware; a sister, Blanche Raymond of Bellefonte; and a brother, Larry Allen of Lock Haven.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Stevenson; her daughter, Debra Stevenson; and four siblings, Fred, John and Tom Allen and Agnes Lucas.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2019 at 6 p.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa. 17745 with Pastor Richard Conklin officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Mill Hall United Methodist Church.
