On Tuesday June 16, 2020, Ethan Allen Jerimiah Evans went home to be with his Heavenly Father at the tender age of twenty two. Ethan graduated from Menchville High school and attended Norfolk State University majoring in Mass Communication and English.

Ethan enjoyed working at the Fort Eustis Officer's Club, and other various restaurants in Newport News, VA. Ethan was so handsome and highly intelligent scoring the highest SOL in the district two years in a row. Achieving freshman of the quarter as well as Freshman of the year when he attended I.C. Norcom High School. Ethan was a naturally gifted artist who expressed his art through music and drawing.

Ethan was a former child model and extra for the T.V. show "Lost" he always wanted to be famous. Ethan had the potential to be anything he wanted to be in life but his life was cut too short. So although our flesh mourns for him we take joy in the fact that Ethan is now living in perfect peace with our Heavenly Father.

Ethan leaves behind his loving mother, Twylah Evans, his father, Cecil Evans, two younger sisters Shoshannah Evans, and Skylah Evans and "brother" Javonte Hopson, grandmother, Lavinia Wofford, Grandpa, Cecil Evans (Dimple), a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, coworkers and friends whom loved him dearly.

We will miss his charm and smile always. We love you Ethan.

Services for Mr. Evans are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at New Hope Baptist Church, 1415 Big Bethel Road, Hampton, Virginia 23666.

It is the desire of the Evans family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
