He was born February 6, 1933 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Franklin and Margaret (Endsch) Schultz.
He was an army Veteran, proud member of Stephen Ministry, Chuck Colson Prison Ministry and American Legion of Capron. James enjoyed fishing and sharing his faith with people.
James will be missed by his wife, Nancy (Pester); sons, James, David, Ken and Keith Schultz; grandchildren, Christopher, Megan, Jade, Jordan and Jennifer; great-grandfather of 7; dear friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Franklin and Edward.
A visitation will be Friday, November 5, 2021 from 9:00-10:45 a.m. with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1045 E. Belvidere Rd., Belvidere, IL. Rev. Keith Richard will officiate. Burial will be held at McHenry Memorial Park Cemetery, Woodstock, IL at 2:15 p.m.
