His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 5th, at Bethlehem United Methodist Church.
Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Burton was born January 2nd, 1916, in Rockingham County, to the late John Luther and Betty Meador Burton.
He was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church and was a World War II Army Air Corp. Veteran.
Mr. Burton was retired from Fieldcrest Mills.
He is survived by several cousins.
