She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Payne and Sandi Payne; husband, Billy Smith; sister, Gina Cronan; and grandparents, Albert and Rosella Payne. Survivors include her husband, Wade Ruse of Dalton; sons, Army Sgt. Caleb Smith, Tyler Smith, and Aaron Smith - all of Dalton; daughter, Emily Smith of Dalton; daughter and son-in-law, Abby and Zach Albin of Wolcot, IN; grandchildren, Sophie Albin and Calliopie Albin; sister and brother-in-law, Laura Beth and Zach Crow of Calhoun; and grandmother, Elizabeth Roberts.
