Philip C. Cottrell, 74, of Binghamton, passed away Wednesday June 22, 2022 at Mercy House in Endicott. He was predeceased by his wife Judith, parents Elwin and Winifred, and a brother Don. He is survived by his sisters and their spouses; Darlene (Bruce) Deisinger; Yvonne (Curtis) Bennett, nephews Jonathan Cottrell, Matthew Card, and Stephen Deisinger; his nieces Karen and Natalie Cottrell, Christina Card, and Vanessa Deisinger, and his faithful pet Sasha. Phil is also survived by his Aunt Pamela Cobb and many cousins. Phil was a veteran of US Army.
