Services for Mrs. Jennie Littleton 81, were held at 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, May 27, at Water Valley Funeral Home by Rev. Paul Kiilnl. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Barney Pullen, Hugh Shaw of Vance, Miss; Tom Ashford, George Surrette, Henry Forsyth, Wilson Neal and John Ashford.

Mrs. Littleton died Monday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. D.E. Pierce, in Memphis, after an illness of one month.

She was born in Panola County, a daughter of the late G.T. and Louise Willingham Traywick, and had lived her entire life near Water Valley. She had been a member of the Mt. Olivet Methodist Church since she was 12 years old. Her husband, J.A. Littleton died in 1951.

She leaves one son, Charles T. Littleton of Memphis; seven daughters, Mrs. Mary Kennedy, Mrs. D.E. Pierce both of Memphis, Mrs. S.W. McCain, Seattle, Wash., Mrs. M.T. True, Mrs. J.H. Stone, Mrs. Nual Neal all of Water Valley, and Mrs. Bramlett McCain of Vance, Miss.; two brothers, R.T. Traywick of Sardis and Pete Traywick of Tillatoba; one sister, Miss Pearl Traywick of Batesville; 31 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
