She was beloved by all of her family and friends. She treated all people with caring and kindness; she never met a stranger.
In 1936, after the Johnstown flood, the family moved to Canton, Ohio. For many years Mary Jane and her mother lived on Clark Avenue SW and were active members of the Canton Baptist Temple church and attended many Jolly Sixties events at the church. In 1991, Mary Jane, along with her mother, moved to Westerville, Ohio to live with a sister. Mary Jane participated in the Westerville Senior Center and Church of the Resurrection services and activities. Her loving smile and faith in God will be forever missed.
