After the Marine Corps, he worked as a plumber, aircraft mechanic, and a quality assurance auditor. Michael was a member of Christ the King Covenant Church, in Weatherford, TX.
Michael was a boisterous and jovial man, who had no problem striking up conversation and making friends, no matter where he would be. He was not afraid to be himself and had a big personality. He would vehemently defend everyone and everything for which he cared. He enjoyed taking on new experiences and seeing new places. He often travelled for work but loved going on vacations with his family. He never had a lack for hobbies and enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking, and various crafting.
Michael will be greatly missed by those loved-ones left here on Earth, including his children, David, Jonathan, and Kelli; daughter-in-law, Candace; grand-children, Aurora, Wyatt, Bella, Nolan, and Riley; extended family; and many friends, who he considered family.
