Stephanie R. Waters, known to family and friends as Fritz, passed away June 7, 2022, after a brief illness. Fritz was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan, loved to carve and was a free spirit. Fritz was predeceased by Carrie Barr, mother, and sister Joan Smoot. Fritz is survived by a loving spouse, Carole McCarthy, father Timothy J. Waters (Helen) and brother John J. Waters. We want to thank all the relatives and friends who showed their love and support during this difficult time. A special thanks to Accent Care & Hospice. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
