Ralph A. Parks, 40, of the Belmont Rooms, a truck driver for an express company, is in jail on a bigamy charge after admitting he married Hope Mancebo, 24, in Mariposa last June 15th while he still was married to Mrs. Vivian Parks of 344 South Backer Avenue.

Hope M. "Susan" Parks, 66, of Stockton, died of natural causes Saturday in a Stockton hospital. A native of Kerman, Mrs. Parks had lived in Stockton for 21 years. She was a collection officer for Bank of Stockton for 17 years and a member of the Forrester's and an active bowler. Survivors include two sons, Michael Parks and Richard Parks, both of Stockton; and a grandchild.
