Maria Delaluce Ramos, many knew her by Momma, age 67 of Leander, Texas, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022 in Round Rock, Texas due to losing her vision and health complications.

Maria was born on April 3, 1955 to Felipe Garcia and Paulita Nieto, in Paint Rock, Texas, in Concho County.

At a young age, Maria would work in the fields with her sister, Antonia. Maria worked as a housekeeper in hospitals. She was an extremely hard worker and would always be working, rather at work or at home taking care of her family. This was her way of keeping busy.

She is preceded in death by her son, Rudy Ybarra; her sisters, Antonia Ybarra and Josie Benitez; her brother, Arturo Garcia; and her grandson, Armando Luevano.

Maria is survived by her husband, Efren Zepeta Ramos of Leander, Texas; her children, Saul Ramos and Diana Ramos of Leander, Texas; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Ramos of Georgetown, Texas, Tyler Roberge and Karizma Casarez of Leander, Texas; her daughter-in-laws, Courtney Roberge of Leander, Texas, and Maria Ramos of Austin, Texas; her great-grandchildren, Mia and Maria Salesi of Georgetown, Texas; her sisters, Cathy Garcia Goana of Grand Prairie, Texas, Refugia Saenz of Freer, Texas, and Juanita Lopez of Portland, Oregon; and all of her nephews and nieces who also loves and cherished her.

Maria loved to crochet, cook, making everyone around her laugh by making conversations and telling jokes. She loved to have the music blasting and she would dance and sing to her favorite songs, and sitting outside sipping on her coffee listening to the birds chirping and the lullabies of the wind chimes while being on the phone with her sisters cracking up and laughing. She was known for her wonderful laugh. She always looked at life as a free-spirited. She always put others before her own self. She is known to be the "Rock" of the family, always worrying about her husband and children, making sure that they are taken care of. Maria was a strong woman that everyone known her to be a "Warrior." She was our "Wonder Woman."

The last 4 months were extremely hard on us, but she was always in good spirits and was known as our little troll lady with her crazy hairdos. She was loved by everyone.

A visitation for Mary will be held Sunday, June 26, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home, Georgetown, Texas, with a rosary to follow from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
