Roger W. S. "Billy" Campbell, 49, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at his home in New Bern, NC.

Billy was born February 1, 1973 in Muncie, to Roger W. and Lucinda C. (Hicks) Campbell and graduated from Muncie Southside High School in 1991.

Billy worked as a general contractor and did many odds and ends jobs. He loved helping his dad in the garage growing up, was an avid pool player, enjoyed watching NASCAR and going fishing with his parents.

Billy is survived by his son, Bryce E Campbell of Muncie; his sisters, Melinda Campbell-Paul (Chuck) of North Carolina and Pamela Campbell- Charbonneau of Iowa; three nieces and three nephews, as well as nine great- nieces and nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins; and his great-grandma, "Granny Pearl".

Graveside Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, June 24, 2022 at Tomlinson Cemetery.
