Robert (Bob) William Hudson, 75, passed away peacefully at his home on June 8th, 2022. He was surrounded by his family and wife of 53 years.

He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He was the happiest when he was surrounded by his family.

He is survived by his wife Brenda Hudson and his children, Chris Hudson, Todd Hudson, Melissa (Jody) Lawwill, and Amy Hudson. He is the beloved grandfather to Brandon Wuennemann, AJ Lawwill, Hannah Lawwill, and Ben Hudson.

Bob took immense pride in his military career. He retired as a Sergeant First Class after 30 years of active duty in the U. S. Army. He received many commendations and citation awards during his decades of service to his country. He was a member of The American Legion post # 530.

He was smart, caring, generous, patient, and kind. He was a man of integrity and honor. A man always in the service of his fellow men. And all of the animals on this planet approved of him without reservation, but most especially all the dogs he ever had occasion to meet.

We shall miss him and honor him in our memory every day. Rest in peace, Dad. We love you.

A graveside service will be held at 2:45 pm on Monday June 20th, 2022, at Crown Hill Memorial Park.
