Age 63, daughter of late Donald J. Haibach and Dorothy Lazar Wilbur. Debra graduated from Seneca High School in 1978 and went on to work as a custodian for the Wattsburg School District. She had also worked in the retail business, home health care, and she really enjoyed working for Crosby's in Westfield, NY. In Debra's retirement years, she was looking forward to traveling to Florida for the winter months. She was a member of Erie First Assembly, where she was very active in the church activities. Debra loved her family and friends and enjoyed going out to dinner with them.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Charles "Chas" Wilbur and her sister-in-law, Kim Peters Haibach (d September 4, 2020, age 59 in Corry).
Survivors include her sister, Darlene Vogel (John) of Findley Lake, NY; her brothers, Donald Haibach, of Youngsville, PA, Louis Haibach of Wattsburg, and Richard Haibach (Sallie) of Erie; and many nieces and nephews.
