June Eleanor Rupp Frazier passed away on Friday, June 17, 2022. She raised her left hand to wave goodbye and then passed over to all her friends and family waiting for her on the other side. June was born on June 3, 1920 at her family home on Randolph Street. She passed away at her home of 62 years at 779 Washington Ave on June 17, 2022.

June was the daughter of George Earl and Ruby Eleanor Baker Rupp. She was the sixth of eight children. She had a happy childhood. Her Dad worked for the railroad and her Mother was a seamstress. They were a musical family, learning Barbershop and singing harmony. They loved storytelling and their mother taught them all to Ballroom dance. June attended Roosevelt Grade School, Franklin Jr. High and graduated from Pocatello High School at sixteen years of age.

June married Ephron Frazier at age 18 and enjoyed married life and being a mother to her three children. (Stephen, Michael, and Connie). She was a wonderful mother and tried to teach them to be their best.

June just celebrated her 102nd birthday on June 3, 2022. She had lived her entire life in Pocatello and was so proud that she had been in Pocatello for over a century. Her husband passed away in 2005 and her family kept her in her home that she loved so much.

June was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ephron; her son, Stephen; granddaughter, Veronica Herrick; and a great grandchild who passed away at birth. Also preceding her were all of her brothers and sister. She was the last surviving member of her family's generation.

She is survived by her son, Michael (Nancy Corbridge) Frazier of North Salt Lake, UT; daughter, Connie (Donn) Herrick of Weiser, ID; and daughter-in-law, Judy Anderson Frazier of Cypress, TX. June has 16 grandchildren and 53 great grandchildren. Also born this past year were two great grandsons.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Saturday, June 25, 2022 at the Ammon Park Ward, 1440 Lakeview Drive, Pocatello, ID. A viewing will be held from 10:00-11:45 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at the Mountain View Cemetery (Row 24 West).
